CBG

Cannabigerol (CBG) is a type of cannabinoid obtained from the cannabis plant. It's often referred to as the mother of all cannabinoids. This is because other cannabinoids are derived from cannabigerolic acid (CBGA), an acidic form of CBG. Other more common cannabinoids obtained from cannabis plants include cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC). CBG is found in smaller quantities than other cannabinoids in cannabis plants. In most strains of the plant, only 1% of CBG can be found compared to 20 to 25% of CBD or 25 to 30% of THC. This makes consumer products derived from the cannabinoid rare and often expensive. However, CBG is growing in popularity because of the host of potential benefits the cannabinoid has to offer.

MCT Oil

MCT Oil is a supplement made from a type of fat called medium-chain triglycerides. MCT oil is a popular choice for use with CBD and is generally regarded as one of the best carrier oil options. Both coconut oil and palm oil contain high levels of MCT, and unlike the other oils with names indicative of their source, MCT gets its name from the structure of its molecules: Medium Chain Triglycerides. The way people get MCT oil from coconut or palm kernel oil is through a process called fractionation. This separates the MCT from the original oil and concentrates it.

Ashwagandha

Ashwagandha has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine and it is well-known for its rejuvenating and adaptogenic properties. It is effective in regulating hormones and the immune system, relieving stress, increasing energy levels, and improving concentration. Increases energy, stamina, and endurance. Ashwagandha has been shown to significantly impact athletic performance by improving heart and lung capacity while increasing energy levels. Not only is this useful for the purposes of exercise, it is also helpful for people who struggle with their energy levels or those with fatigue-related conditions.
